Who we are

A Saudi technology company building vertical software platforms for the sectors the Kingdom runs on.

NDI designs, builds, and operates vertical software platforms purpose-built for strategically important Saudi sectors. We translate sector priorities into operating systems — software layers that operators, employers, and citizens use every day.

NDI is headquartered in Riyadh, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and built by a founding team whose combined experience spans information systems, healthcare technology commercialization, insurance and payer mechanics, and organizational design.

Our model is focused. We do not build generic software. We build the digital infrastructure that strategic sectors require to scale — beginning with childcare, where our flagship platform serves the Kingdom’s expanding female workforce.

Vision

To be the vertical software partner Saudi sectors turn to when they need software that actually fits.

Mission

We translate sector priorities into operating systems. We design vertical software platforms that meet Saudi regulatory standards, run at sovereign data residency, and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Saudi by purpose
    national mandate first
  • Built to scale
    engineered for thousands
  • Trust as infrastructure
    security as the floor
  • Vertical depth
    one sector at a time
  • Partner before vendor
    alongside customers

What we do

NDI builds the operating layers strategic Saudi sectors require to scale.

01

Vertical SaaS platforms

Multi-tenant software built for a single sector at a time, with deep workflow specificity rather than generic feature sets.

02

Government & subsidy integration

Native integration with HRDF, MHRSD, MoE, and Vision 2030 program platforms — including subsidy reconciliation and reporting.

03

Regulatory-grade architecture

Built to meet Saudi licensing, data protection, and sector compliance requirements from day one — not retrofitted.

04

AI & analytics modules

Intelligence layers that turn operational data into measurable outcomes for operators and regulators.

05

Sovereign data residency

All customer data resides within the Kingdom, on infrastructure aligned with national sovereignty requirements.

06

Sector enablement partnerships

We work alongside ministries, employers, and operators to translate sector mandates into running systems.

Our flagship platform
JANBIK

JANBIK

JANBIK is a smart daycare management platform built for the Saudi market. It connects licensed daycare centers with parents in real time, integrates natively with the HRDF Qurrah subsidy platform, and delivers regulatory-grade operations to centers serving Saudi working mothers.

Why NDI

Saudi by design, not by adaptation

Every platform is engineered for Saudi regulations, languages, workflows, and data sovereignty from the first line of code.

Regulatory-native

We do not retrofit compliance. Our platforms are built around MHRSD, MoE, HRDF, and sector program requirements as primary inputs.

Vertical depth, not horizontal breadth

One sector at a time. Deep workflow specificity. Generic platforms cannot serve regulated Saudi markets at the level the sector demands.

Sovereign data residency

All customer data resides within the Kingdom, on infrastructure aligned with Saudi data protection law.

Strategic alignment

We build into mandates the Kingdom is actively financing — not speculative markets we hope materialize.

Partner before vendor

We operate alongside our customers, not above them. Co-designed implementation. Long-term success metrics, not transactional licensing.
